When I think Benefit Cosmetics, I think first and foremost of Benetint. It is one of the companies best selling products.
Benetint is a bottle of lip and cheeks tint in a what appears to be a deep rose red colour. Both the product sample bottle and the full sized bottle remind me of a bottle of nail polish; with the little brush applicator.
It gives the cheeks and natural looking flush, similar to if you had just had your cheeks pinched. If used on the lips then, they get a subtle colour as if you have eaten red berries!
It's not quite as scary as I thought it would be! The formula of the product is a lot more sheer than it initially appeared in the bottle. I have found that if you want to intensify the product, its best to layer it up; making sure that it completely drys in between layers.
I enjoy using tints, they have fantastic staying power, much longer than that of a usual everyday lipstick! The dual purpose of the tint, for use on cheeks and lips, make this a quick and easy product to use in a hurry or on a budget. But, you have to move quickly when blending it out on your cheeks otherwise it will stick however you brushed it on!
Benetint is available both online and at the Benefit counters for £24.50. There is also the matching Benebalm, Benetint coloured lip balm, available for £14.50.
What does everyone else think of the Benetint, or any Benefit coloured tint?
