As I get closer to my Florida holiday, I've started searching for that perfect summer shade. I'm planning on getting acrylics with almond tips, but I still need a pretty colour over that. Rimmel's 'Too Cool to Tango' is a high contender for a place on my perfect summer shades list!
'Too Cool to Tango' is a very light, sky blue that can also be interpreted as a bit teal too. It's an amazingly gorgeous summer shade that reminds me of warm summer days with perfect skies and fluffy clouds. I really like to pair this polish with silver nail art and jewelry, I feel that it sets off the blue nicely. The brushes on the '60 second' polishes are very full and thick. It makes the application so much smoother, and I can usually cover my nail in two sweeps.
The formula is very creamy and smooth; sometimes I find that with fast drying polishes I get little bumps and drags on the nail. I find that even though the polish can become touch-dry in sixty seconds, it is as prone to smudging as any other polish. Not with this one though! The colour was completely opaque with only two coats, which I can rarely achieve with some other brands.
What other summer shades do you recommend me to try?
