Clinique Moisturising Lip Colour Chubby Stick #04 Mega Melon

Up next is a staple that everyone needs in their handbag. It the Clinique Chubby Sticks! I've been hearing a lot about these in recent months. I almost bought a set aboard the return flight from Florida, but Stila held my interest more. Now I finally have one!! Behold!

The shade I picked was #04 Mega Melon. I was looking for a more subtle shade due to the more vibrant colors I've bought recently.  This is a deep coral tone with copper shimmers (if held in the light).

The moisturizing power in this little stick is phenomenal...
An hour or two after application my lips were still feeling moist, even thought by this point most  the color had vanished.

The only downfall of the chubby stick is that the point will wear down quickly over time.I like a nice finer point to line my lips before I complete the coat.

Overall, I feel that this will become more useful later to protect my lips when the temperature plummets and the winds pick up.

Farewell to Lime Crime Unicorn Lipsticks

As you may, or may not, know Lime Crime are discontinuing their Unicorn Lipsticks. Such a sad thing, I know. I remember first hearing of the lipstick from a family member who had one in their collection. I always promised myself that one day, I would have a Unicorn Lipstick. When I seen their Instagram post about the discontinue, I immediately went onto their website and bought not one or two, but THREE Unicorn Lipstick. Let me tell you I have never been happier; their are no post buy regrets on these babies!

For those who don't know, Genie is an unusual colour changing lipstick. While it looks green in the tube, it turns a shade of pink on the lips that is supposed to be different for each person. It is supposed to be a result of the lipstick reacting to the alkaline level of the lips.

MAC: Fraud or Not?

It's getting to the time of year when  people start gathering together all there gifts in the rush to the holiday season. They start trying to get the best gifts possible for the best price they can. Unfortunately that leaves them vulnerable for people to take advantage of them. The most common form of this is through the use of counterfeit goods.
Recently a MAC lipstick was purchased for me, as a Christmas gift, from eBay. When I learned of it I was immediately sceptical and dubious of how genuine it was; I like to research into the item and view the pictures available myself. When I checked the listing, the lipstick was listed as 'MAC Amplified Creme Lipstick'. Upon looking at the details and the images available, I noticed that there were very few specifics and one general image of the lipstick with the lid off. I immediately wrote to the seller asking for pictures of the bottom label on the box and the lipstick tube (Well as details such as finish and shade). I knew th…
